When we first contacted them, we’d seen a house that we wanted to have a look at inside. They met us there that day and showed us around. It wasn’t their listing so they hadn’t yet seen it either. It was a terrible house inside. As in, super bad. Not for us. But as we were there, they asked the right questions about what we were looking for, in what areas, etc. They searched and showed us 6 (I think) properties in person within a week, emailing TONS of others every day, and we made an offer on one at the end of that first week.
They worked hard for us during the whole process of inspections and paperwork, etc. We even hit some snaffoos with the paperwork (due to our particular HOA), and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of. We were working on a time crunch because our lease on our apartment was about to expire but they got us in our new place on time.
We will forever recommend them and when we resell and buy again, we’re calling them up!

I just wanted to take a moment and relay to you our interaction(s) with Scott Vandergriff. From our very first interaction, “Scotty” was nothing more than personable and professional. Scotty made us feel like we were the only clients that he had although I am sure that was not the case. He was relentless in doing everything possible to ensure the timely sale of our home. I feel that Scotty went to bat for us and defended us on more than one occasion. In addition, he presented a calming energy with every interaction. I had lived in that home for 18 years, raised my son from the age of 7 in that home, then brought my grandson and my son’s girlfriend into that home, was leaving my job of 32 years to move to a different area, had no idea how to navigate the environment of selling a home, didn’t understand the language…you get the picture…it was a very stressful time.
