Real estate isn’t just my career- it is in my blood. Raised in the construction industry, I grew up on job sites, listening to the hum of power tools and watching blueprints come to life. While other kids played house, I learned how these houses were actually built- from foundation to finish.  This firsthand foundation gave me a rare perspective that most realtors simply don’t have. I understand not just the layout of a home, but the bones beneath it. I recognize quality craftsmanship versus cosmetic cover-ups. I can see potential where others only see problems. 

Now, working both in construction and real estate has allowed me to bridge the gap between what a home looks like and what it truly costs both now and in the future.  Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing I know how to evaluate a property from the inside out. My clients trust me because I don’t sugarcoat things. I provide grounded advice based on real numbers and genuine experience. 

On a personal note, I am actively involved in government affairs at both the county and state level, giving me a front row seat to upcoming developments, legislation, and policy changes that impact the housing market. The topics that directly influence property values and future grow, thus allowing me to help my clients can make smarter, more strategic decisions.
